TLH Recruitment Dubai provides executive search and permanent recruitment services across Dubai and the UAE.
We act as an intermediary between employers and candidates and do not employ candidates on behalf of clients unless otherwise contractually agreed.
2. Accuracy of Information
While we take reasonable steps to verify candidate information, including references where appropriate, we do not guarantee:
- The accuracy of information supplied by candidates
- Ongoing performance or suitability after placement
Employers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
3. Confidentiality
All role briefs and search engagements are treated confidentially.
Information provided by employers is used solely for recruitment purposes.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
- TLH Recruitment Dubai shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from recruitment engagements.
- Liability shall be limited to the terms set out in the applicable client agreement.
5. Replacement and Guarantees
Any replacement provisions or guarantees are governed exclusively by the signed terms of engagement.
6. Governing Law
This Disclaimer shall be governed by applicable laws within the United Arab Emirates.
